Support services are based on a well-defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) for modular and general IT support tailored to your requirements.

Electra has been awarded Customer Center of Expertise (COE) as well as VAR Support Center certifications for SAP in the region.

According to SAP, Electra has a competent support organisation that is at par with SAP's Global Support Center expertise. There is a consistent support operation and procedures structure that is capable of providing and maintaining seamless support for mutual SAP Business All-in-One customer base.

Electra offers follow-on service support for SAP ERP Systems.  This service covers all existing implemented functionalities and developed add-on programs and interfaces as well as change requests and enhancements.  It covers monitoring, reporting, problem diagnostics and resolution.

The following activities are provided:

  • Information System support for SAP Basis, SAP Functional and SAP Development issues
  • Information System support through hotline telephone calls and  the online helpdesk tool - Sequest
  • Remote Administration support for the SAP server
  • Provide 2nd level support for SAP Functional modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, PS, CS), SAP Authorization, SAP Basis and SAP
  • Development for related interfaces and technology
  • Provide analysis for and implementation of change requests

Electra’s Helpdesk Services has a dedicated team of professional and highly-skilled personnel with several years of experience from various industries.  The Helpdesk team is stationed centrally in Singapore. 

Helpdesk Services are available from Monday to Friday and operate from 830 am to 530 pm, exclusive of Singapore Public Holidays.  After hours and weekend services may be provided upon request.
